Rec Youth Basketball League

The Blue Mountain Recreation Commission currently invites all resident children in 1st-12th grade to sign up for this year’s Youth Basketball League. First and second graders will take part in the Instructional level, while 3rd-12th graders will take part in League play. Instructional players meet once per week (Saturday afternoon) and League players meet 2-3 times per week (1-2 practices on weeknights and a game on Saturday morning). The program will run from late-November through the end of February.  If you register by November 4, you will save $10 off your registration fee. There are several ways you can register for the Youth Basketball League:

  • REGISTER ONLINE! Beginning on Friday, October 4, you will be able to register for the basketball league online and pay by credit card. To do so, log on to the Blue Mountain Recreation Commission website (www.bluemountainrec.com) and simply click on the “Register Online” link on the top of the page. Online registration is strongly encouraged!

Divisions will be formed based on registration numbers. Typically, we offer 1st and 2nd grade co-ed instructional divisions, while the league divisions (3rd-12th grade) will be determined by the amount of children registered per grade. Last year, we offered one co-ed division (3rd grade), two girls divisions and three boys divisions.
