Trunk or Treat Drive-Thru Style
Date: Saturday, October 17, 2020
Time: 1:00 - 2:30 p.m.
Location: Blue Mountain Middle School Parking Lots
We’re excited to announce the date for our Trunk or Treat event, mark your calendars!
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this years Trunk or Treat will be a little different. We will be offering a Trunk or Treat Drive-Thru Style! When you arrive you will be asked how many participants are in your vehicle, and we will place that number on a sheet of paper under your windshield wiper, you can then proceed through the Trunk or Treat Drive Thru. Since this is a drive-thru we ask you that you please drive slowly and carefully as you pass the trunks and keep an eye out for our “Trunkers” (candy passers). We do not want anyone getting injured. Please stay in your vehicle at all times! “Trunkers” (candy passers) will come to you and hand candy to whomever is in the passenger seat. To keep inline with Covid guidelines, all of our “Trunkers” (candy passers) will be wearing masks and gloves for your safety and theirs.
-Trunk Decorating Contest: Each family vehicle will be able to vote and choose one favorite decorated trunk, which will be entered into the Trunk Decorating Contest!
-Costume Contest: The Recreation Staff will be picking our favorite costumes as you pass by. We will post pictures of the winners on our Facebook Page!
This event will take place in the parking lots between the Blue Mountain Middle School and Elementary East buildings. Please follow entrance signs upon your arrival.
*Want to Host a Trunk? Decorate your vehicle and fill your trunk with goodies to give out! This event would not be successful without our Trunk decorating participants!
